Our method

At Eye’go, every assignment is based on a clear, human and structured method. To provide long-term support to companies and organisations, we have developed a 4 axis approach designed to meet today’s HR, managerial and societal challenges.

Axis 1. A systemic approach to the organisation, ensuring customer satisfaction and the company's strategic alignment.

Our holistic approach favours a preventive approach and the deployment of operational, cross-functional and long-term actions and solutions.

Giving meaning back to professional commitment

Raising awareness of diversity as a source of complementarity and personal and professional enrichment

Putting people back at the heart of corporate strategy

Suggest corrective action

Turning legal obligations into an opportunity to develop internal potential and creativity

Promoting difference as a lever for performance and productivity

Restoring the balance between economic and social issues

Axis 2. Eye'go helps you build diverse, equitable and inclusive working environments.

In an increasingly internationalised world, where employees are required to work on a daily or occasional basis with colleagues who do not share the same codes, cultures or modes of communication, it is essential to get to know each other better and adapt our ways of relating to each other in order to improve efficiency and quality of life at work.

Diversity-Inclusion is more than a legal obligation (Labour Code Art.L1 to L8331-1 / European Directive 2000/43/EC / International Convention of 21 December 1965) or an HR issue. It is a strategic opportunity for the company to ensure its long-term future by creating a caring working environment conducive to fairness, innovation and performance.

Diversity and inclusion, what the data says...

84% of job applicants consider inclusion to be a determining factor in their choice of company (100% for 18-24 year olds). See Cegos study.

A company’s diversity and inclusion policy has an impact on its customers. 72% of consumers believe that they can have an impact on the world and those around them through their behaviour and purchasing decisions. See Accenture study

Back in 2013, Harvard Business Review (see the study) found that companies with the highest levels of diversity were 45% more likely to grow their market share and 70% more likely to win a new market.

According to a study by BCG (see study), companies with above-average diversity in their management teams are 19% more innovative than others. Their profitability is 9 points higher than that of others.

8 reasons to make Diversity a daily priority

Diversity and inclusion : Definition

Diversity

Diversity refers to the variety and difference of characteristics, qualities, experiences, backgrounds, perspectives and identities within a group, organisation or society.

Inclusion

Inclusion refers to the creation and maintenance of an environment, whether social, educational, professional or otherwise, that enables all people, regardless of their differences, to participate fully and to be accepted, respected and valued.

Axis 3. "Anchoring experience.

Drawing on 26 years’ experience in managing people in a multicultural context, the ‘Vécu-Ancre’ method developed by Eye’go is based on a strong conviction : it is through experience, exchange and practical application that behaviour and organisations can be transformed over the long term.

Rather than sticking to a top-down or purely theoretical approach, we encourage interaction, intergenerational dialogue, real-life situations and collective intelligence.

Each intervention is designed as a living learning space, where knowledge, experience and differences are mutually enriching.
This method mobilises teams around a dynamic of positive transformation, rooted in reality and adapted to the challenges on the ground.
